Classes in studio or privately to support your practice

I first stepped into a Yoga class with Lucy many years ago during a stay in London…I wanted to learn more (if not everything) of what she knows! She has such a deep, rich and personally integrated understanding of Yoga which she weaves in her inspirational sessions, taught with passion, joy and her wonderful voice. In a non-dogmatic way, she combines many different aspects and styles of Yoga. Her sessions are juicy, fresh and enriched with her continuous learnings to gift long-time student’s new insights and a connected body-mind-spirit.

  • PUBLIC

Public classes offer the perfect environment in which to deepen your practice whilst surrounded by community.

A chance to be profoundly nourished in the power of collective energy of like minded souls practicing side by side.

  • PRIVATE

Private classes are an amazing way to dive deep into your personal practice and receive bespoke teaching tailored to your needs…on your time, in the comfort of your home.

Working one to one with a teacher takes yoga back to its original roots of the intimate student teacher tradition. Working privately can be an incredible way to accelerate your practice and whole evolutionary journey.

These sessions are ideal for anyone looking to go deeper but also perhaps short on time or unable to regularly make it to studio classes.

I am so grateful to Lucy. We are on a journey together. She has been so accepting and embracing of my disabilities (stroke, partial paralysis and aphasia) and the fact that I have to often ask her to repeat what she said so I can get it in my brain. However, Lucy does it with great respect for my situation which motivates me to continue practicing.
