Retreats are the most magical way to immerse yourself fully in yoga. Twice daily practices of asana, pranayama and meditation allow you to go deep on a retreat. To relax deeply, to give yourself time out to reflect and restore. Lucy offers a broad range of practices on retreat including vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, chanting and meditation amongst many others.
They are ideal for anyone wishing to go deeper in their yoga practice and designed for those who want or need a break from the day to day routine and responsibilities of life.
Retreats are a ‘conscious time out’ that allow you to focus fully on yourself, to be nourished with delicious wholesome food and surrounded by nature and like-minded community. These qualities in combination with a progressive and intentionally curated program, creates the perfect recipe to leave you feeling rested, reinvigorated and re-energised.

Of course! The retreats are open to all levels. I offer accessible multi-level classes that allow each student to work at their own pace and to modify and adapt as needed.
