Celebration Day Programme

10-11am The Power of Pranayama
A full hour's practice, diving deep into the ancient art of Pranayama- yogic breath expansion practices.

This potent tool is referred to in Yogic scriptures as one of the most expedited pathways to awakening and one of the best ways to work skillfully with our energy body. Expect to come away with a new appreciation for the power of pranayama, feeling enlivened, uplifted and filled to the brim with Prana! Please come to this practice on an empty stomach.

11am-1pm Removing the Armour from the Sacred Heart
A full spectrum practice that involves mudra, mantra, movement, breath and meditation that leads us into the space of the Hridaya, our inner sanctuary of the heart. Through skilful guidance you will be led on a progressively sequenced journey back home, lovingly removing the layers of tension and energetic holding patterns that create dissonance and disconnection and finding our way back to connection, inner intimacy and wholeness.

We will then pause to enjoy a delicious lunch together (included in the ticket price) offering time to connect and share in community.

2-4pm Journey to the Temple of Inner Ecstacy
Satsung diving into the esoteric anatomy of yoga. Exploring the yogic journey through the koshas, to homecoming towards Bliss.

The session will be sealed with a deep Yoga Nidra practice that takes us on an embodied journey through the layers of our being.
